How do I return an item?

  • Errors in shipped items must be brought to the attention of TobaccoGeek within 72 hours after receiving the item.
  • No returns are accepted after 30 days and must be per-approved for return
  • Defective items will be covered under the manufacturers warranty after 14 days
  • Refund given as Money back or replacement
  • Return shipping will be paid by customer
  • All returns must contain all the original factory packaging and show no evidence of use or wear
